Description:	Narrawong Beach at the estuary of Surrey River, The Recreation Reserve, Play Ground and Caravan Park. Coastal dune scrub, estuarine river mouth, beach and cultivated landscape. Access from off Princess Hwy between Portland to Warrnambool look for Narrawong Caravan Park direction signs.

Notes:	Surrey River Estuary may have been open this season but closed on this date. Only visited small area around car park, rec' oval, access to beach and office of caravan park (bird watching second to 'messing around' in the sea). Warm lightly overcast weather with a southeasterly sea breeze. Not many people about; some swimmers, some sea fishers and a few picnickers
