Description:	Edge of the lake between the east edge of the beach around to the shallow reedy water opposite the rowing sheds. Approximately 200m of lake side and the parking, picnic and wooded area behind the beach, but not the new housing estate. Man made beach on lakes southern side, with water ribbons and other aquatic vegetation in shallow open water and deeper water with more dense water ribbons with a bull rush edging on open waters edge.Easily accessed from Ballarat Rd (Glenelg Hwy) by turning nth down Rippon Rd and following the signs for beach access, picnic area and toilets.
