Repentance Creek, near Rosebank
single bird calling @7.30 pm in the forest out near the end of Maso Road. (Moderator's Note: While Powerful Owls would be expected to occur at Repentance Creek, a check of eBird, revealed that there were no reports from Repentance Creek, and no recent reports in the general area. AKM)

Russell Vale Golf Course Hicks Street Russell Vale NSW (near Bulli)
Two small lorikeets seen in ironbarks at Tee off to 13th but flew short distance to plants near Pro shop. Predominantly green, flashes red, tinkling call, definitely smaller than Rainbow Lorikeets that were also present. Behavior different also. Called whilst flying. Didn’t seem to move far from vegetation near Pro shop unfortunately didn’t have binoculars to get good view to confirm species. Didn't sound like Musk or Littles. Not sure if golf course is open to members of public bird watching but maybe worth a shot for 100% confirmation.
